RGI's density measurement is ideal for use in extreme measurement environments.
Our measuring systems work contactless, maintenance-free and with high accuracy.
The areas of application for density measurements are numerous and therefore also differ in the requirements for measurement technology.
γ-radiation is weakened when penetrating containers or pipelines and the measuring medium contained therein, depending on the density of the respective permeated material.
This weakening is detected by means of special detectors and converted into a corresponding density value by an evaluation unit
Density measuring systems from RGI can also be retrofitted on the outside of existing pipelines with the help of the specially developed clamping device.
