Quality in manufacturing

By  consistently implementing the guidelines of our QM system, we guarantee a high standard in the manufacturing of our products.

According  to the QM system installed at RGI Industriemessgeraete GmbH, every employee is responsible for his work.

We  know that effective quality control includes effective intermediate and final checks of the manufactured components and products.

Only  if they are at the expected and used level of quality, they will satisfy the customer and strengthen their loyalty to the company, which ultimately ensures economic success.

The  necessary work and test instructions also exist for every product.

These  instructions contain corresponding control algorithms, which are used during the entire manufacturing process to check, if the actual  values correspond to the target values or deviations are so significant, that adjustments are necessary.

Our  QM system is set up in a manner, that necessary adjustments will be implemented during the manufacturing process. 

In  this regard, it is very important to us that everyone involved in the company pulls together.

The  management of RGI Industriemessgeraete GmbH has therefore established a quality awareness right from the start, which extends to every department.
